About me.. Stalk me here!

Hello there! Where to begin.... first of all, my name is Jessica. I am married to my best friend, and am living in the cutest city on planet earth, and potato heaven... Blackfoot Idaho! I am an Ogden Utah native, and will always be an Ogden girl. I love Idaho, and the people in it!!! I work in physical therapy, with some of my closest friends, and role models. I am so thankful to be in such a wonderful business all about helping others, encouragement, hope, and inspiration. I am so humbled by every single patient that walks through the door, and it inspires me to be a better person every single day.

I met my amazing husband, Cade online on LDSsingles.com, and our story is something out of a fairy tale. You will probably hear a lot about this babe of a husband of mine and our adventures.. so just a heads up :)

My story about how I came to this point, even amazes me to this day. I usually don't like to make my past public, but the reason i made this blog is to help inspire those out there that need it.

A couple years ago, I found myself at the lowest point in my life. I was looking for help, motivation, support, and inspiration, and started following a fitness coach and her blog. her story was almost identical to mine, and she posted about things that interested me.... not only fitness, but beauty, hair, and all the things I LOVE. soon I requested her to be my beachbody coach.  It took me alot of ups and downs, happiness, sadness,  to find out what I really wanted in life. At the lowest point in my life, I packed on the weight, and found myself 40 pounds over weight, and at 5 foot 1.... I just felt out of control. As I was able to get out of the dysfunctional situation, and was going through my divorce, I began doing things I loved again... I was finding myself. I was eating healthy, working out on a regular basis, and the pounds were literately FALLING OFF. I was finally becoming happy again, and it showed in my progress. pretty soon I was back to feeling confident, and things were falling into place so well for me. Soon I met my Cade, and found the happiness I knew I always deserved. You can see my progress I have gone through in the transformation link :)

It has taken me years to gain the courage to reach out and put myself out there and become a beachbody coach, but I did it, and I am on cloud nine.... The wonderful Abby is now my mentor, and is helping me to better myself as beachbody coach as well. It's safe to say that her blog gave me the courage, strength, and hope that I needed to hold on, and to become who I've always wanted to me.
